How to book an appointment

To make an appointment please call us, use our online booking system or in person at our clinic.



On the day of your appointment

Please arrive a little before your scheduled appointment time as there can be some

documentation or other matters to attend to before your appointment.


It is also helpful if you bring all the necessary documents including Medicare card to ensure a smooth experience.


For health and safety reasons, children cannot accompany patients in the treatment rooms and will not be supervised by our staff.


Late arrivals

We do understand that circumstances may arise unexpectedly; however, late arrivals tend to compromise the punctuality of our service we provide to all of our patients.


If you believe you will be late it would be appreciated if you could call ahead and advise our friendly reception team, as alternative arrangements may be possible.


We do maintain a relatively tight schedule, and we make every attempt to begin your appointment at the scheduled time. If you arrive late we reserve the right to reschedule or reduce the length of your consultation or procedure to ensure that our next scheduled appointment is not impacted.


Cancellation policy

A missed appointment is a loss to three people: the patient who missed the valuable time, another patient who could have used the valuable time and the doctor who was fully staffed and prepared for the treatment. Please be considerate of others and provide at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.


To be able to offer affordable service to every one of our patients we have to protect our appointment availability via the following cancellation policy:

  • We require a minimum of 48 hour notice for any appointment cancellation to allow time to reallocate your appointment to another patient.
  • If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment for your procedure (PDT, Skin cancer surgery, Aesthetic or cosmetic treatment ), we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment cost.
  • If you cancel or reschedule your subsequent appointments without 48 hour notice, or don’t show up for your appointment, a cancellation fee / “no-show” fee of $50 will apply.


Refunds

We are not required to provide a refund if you change your mind about the products or services you asked for. You can choose to cancel your contract and receive a refund for any unconsumed services or products.


Treatment packages are not transferable to other individuals.


If you pre-pay for treatments, you will save an amount according to the pre-payment schedule. No refunds are available on pre-paid treatments. They are not transferrable to other individuals or treatment areas.


Pre-paid treatments must be used within 12 months of purchase. You agree to these terms by purchasing pre-paid treatments.
